'My gallery' configuration

Gallery data

In this section, you will see and modify the data associated with the Gallery (Collection), such as the logo, name, address and contact information or social networks.*

*Remember that the data you modify in this section will affect the documents you generate later in the system: fact sheets, dossiers, OnlineViewing Rooms, sent emails, etc.

Bank data

Add as many bank accounts as you want to choose later which one you will use in online sales or the generation of invoices.

Autonums

Use the 'Autonums' section to avoid manually entering the identification codes of invoices and contacts and the IDs of the artworks. This way, when creating an invoice, registering a new contact or a new artwork, the system will automatically suggest the following identification number.

To do this, enter the last number used under its respective field.

Artworks status

Edit the colours associated with the different states of the artworks by clicking on the pencil-shaped edit button to the right of each state.

You can also incorporate custom artworks' statuses by clicking on the 'Add Status' button.

Sales locations

This section manages the different locations used in the 'Sales' module: you can edit or delete existing ones or add new ones by clicking on the 'Add location' button.

Artworks tags

This section manages the different tags used in the 'Artworks' module: you can edit or delete existing ones or add new ones by clicking on the 'Add work tag' button.

Contacts tags

This section manages the different tags used in the 'Contacts' module: you can edit or delete existing ones or add new ones by clicking on the 'Add contact tag' button.

Public view configuration

From this section, you can set the different aspects of the public URL associated with an artwork: decide whether to give the option to purchase or reserve, select the units of measure, choose whether or not to show prices, etc.
