Converting offer to sale
ITGallery allows you to convert those offers made and that have been satisfactory, directly to sales. This way the sale will be recorded automatically, and you will save time.
Steps
- Under the 'Offers' module, go into the offer's file that you want to record as a sale (by clicking on the reference of the offer)
- Click on the 'Create sale' button. Automatically, a sale will be generated (which will appear as recorded under its corresponding module) with the offer data
- If the offer already has an associated sale, the button will change to 'View sale'.*
*Remember that the sale will be registered with the reference code of the offer. For any modification you want to make or data to be incorporated, remember to do it from the 'Sales' module.
