Copy artwork
Make use of the 'Copy artwork' tool to record similar artworks (belonging to the same series, with the same number of editions, with identical prices, etc.) in a more efficient way in your ITGallery account.
Steps
- Under the 'Artworks' module, within 'List' (both in 'list' and 'grid' modes), select the work you want to copy, checking the white box
- In the 'Tools' button in the upper right corner, click on 'Copy artwork'
- Fill the form, overwriting the information you need to*, and, finally, click on 'New artwork'.
* Tip: remember that two artworks cannot share the same inventory ID, so you must register a new ID.
Artwork synchronization
Remember that for synchronizing your information, will need to have a license that allows doing so (Professional or Unlimited).
If you already have your synchronization active and configured, you can select the works to synchronize.
For doing so:
- Artworks > List > Select artwork/artworks (by checking the white box) > Tools > Sync with
Delete selected
Make use of the 'Delete selected' tool to permanently delete one or more artworks from your ITGallery account.
Steps
- Under the 'Artworks' module, within 'List' (both in 'list' and 'grid' modes), select the work or works that you want to delete, checking the white box
- In the 'Tools' button in the upper right corner, click on 'Delete selected'
- Finally, click on 'Delete'.
Edit selected
Make use of the 'Edit selected' tool to modify in bulk matching data from different artworks.
Steps
- Under the 'Artworks' module, within 'List' (both in 'list' and 'grid' modes), select the artworks you want to edit, checking the white box
- In the 'Tools' button in the upper right corner, click on 'Edit selected'
- Fill in those fields of the form with the information you want to change. Fields left blank will not be modified.
- Finally, click on 'Save'.*
*Tip: to apply changes to the different editions of the same artwork, select the 'Edit editions too' box before modifying the fields you need to.
Status change in bulk
Make use of the 'Status change' tool to edit in bulk the status of an artwork or several different artworks.
Steps
- Under the 'Artworks' module, within 'List' (both in 'list' and 'grid' modes), select the artwork or artworks whose status you want to modify, by checking the white box
- In the 'Tools' button that is located in the upper right corner, click on 'Status change'
- Fill the form, selecting the editions you want to modify or selecting everything and choosing a new status. Finally, click on 'Status change'.*
*Remember that the new selected status will be the one that applies to all the chosen artworks.
