What is the difference between available artwork and portfolio?

ITGallery allows you to access directly, from the 'Artists' module to relevant information of your artists, such as their available artwork or portfolio, to easily create dossiers and reports with the artworks' status, prices, etc.

• Available artwork: it only shows those artworks of the artist categorized as 'available'. Artist's file > 'Summary' tab > Available artwork
• Portfolio: it shows every artwork of the artist, no matter their status. However, it will not display 'Archived' artwork. Artist's file > 'Summary' tab > Portfolio
