Editing the certificate of authenticity status

ITGallery allows you to see the shipping status related to the Certificate of Authenticity of a sale: sent or pending. The statuses are associated with a colour to make it easier to identify them.

To view the shipping status for the Certificate of Authenticity of a sale:

• Under the 'Sales' module, within the list, in the 'Certificate' field

How can I modify the status of a certificate of authenticity?

Steps

1. Under the 'Sales' module, within the list, select the sale(s) whose certificates you want to modify, by checking the white box
2. In the 'Tools' button that is located in the upper right corner, click on 'Certificate sent'
3. Select from the pulldown menu the new status that you want
4. Lastly, click on 'Save'.
