Sending an offer

Once an offer has been recorded, ITGallery allows you to send the offer to the collector directly from the system:

• From the offers list: Offers > Select an offer (check the left white box) > Tools > Send mail
• From the offer's file: Offers > Offer's file > Send mail*

*Remember that before sending the offer, you can set up the delivery, selecting the language, the dimension units, the number of editions and the images that will appear. You can also edit the email before clicking 'Send'.
