Creating an Online Viewing Room of an exhibition

ITGallery allows you to create an Online Viewing Room of your exhibitions easily. For doing so:

Steps

1. Under the 'Exhibitions' module, go into the exhibition's file by clicking on the exhibition's name of which you want to create the OVR
2. Inside the exhibition's file, in the 'Summary' tab, click on 'Create showroom' button
3. Lastly, fill the form with the needed information and click on 'Create showroom'. Remember that fields with a red asterisk are mandatory.*

*Remember that once created you can edit those details relative to your new Online Viewing Room, by going into 'Showrooms'.
