Modifying the editions' statuses

Steps

1. Go into the artwork's file
2. Under the 'Actions' tab, in 'Status change', you will be able to edit individually the status of each edition.

Modifying the editions' statuses in bulk

Steps

1. Under 'List', select the artwork(s) whose editions' statuses you want to modify
2. Click on the 'Tools' button, located in the upper right corner of the screen, and then, select 'Status change'
3. Click on 'Select all' and fill the form with the new information
4. Lastly, click on 'Status change'.*

* Tip: you might also use this function to  change statuses  of different artworks in bulk.
