User guide: WhatsApp in ITGallery

With WhatsApp you can send artworks and showrooms to your contacts directly from ITGallery.

Where to find it

The integration is in My Gallery › Integrations, WhatsApp tab. From there you connect your account, check your sends and disconnect it.

Connect your account

1. In the WhatsApp tab, click Connect with WhatsApp Business.
2. In the window that opens, log in with Facebook, choose your WhatsApp Business account and enter the phone number.
3. When you finish, the tab shows your account. Once its status is Connected, you can start sending.

Send artworks

1. In Artworks › List, select the artworks you want to send.
2. Open the Export menu and click Send via WhatsApp....

3. In Send to, choose contacts or contact groups.
4. Write the greeting and the message, and tick which details of each artwork you want to show.
5. Check the preview, then click Send via WhatsApp and then Send.

Send showrooms

1. In Artworks › Showrooms, select the showrooms you want to send.
2. Open the Export menu and click Send via WhatsApp....
3. Choose the recipients, then click Send via WhatsApp and then Send.

Each contact receives one message per showroom with a View artworks button.

Check your sends

In the WhatsApp tab, the Recent sends section lists what you have sent. Click the details button of a send to see the message, the artworks or showrooms and who received it.

Disconnect your account

In the WhatsApp tab, click Disconnect WhatsApp at the bottom of the page and confirm. You can connect it again whenever you want.
