Add artworks from your inventory in an email template

The template editor allows you to add artworks directly from your ITGallery database into your email designs. This feature lets you display artwork details in a structured and visually clear way.

Add artworks

1. Go to the template editor from the Mailing module.
2. In the left-hand menu, under Content, select the Artwork block.
3. Drag the Artwork block into the desired position in your template.
4. When you add the block, a search tool will open.
5. Search for the artwork by title or artist.
6. Select the artwork you want to add to the template.

Configure an artwork in the template

Once the artwork is added, you can customize how it is displayed from the left-hand menu.

Position and size

Adjust the layout and proportions of the block:

1. Layout: Define the relationship between the image and text within the block.
2. Column ratio: Adjust the space allocated to each part of the block.
3. Alignment: Choose how the content is positioned within the block.
4. Image size (%): Adjust the image size relative to the block.

Block design

Customize the visual style of the block:

1. Background color: Apply a background color to the block.
2. Borders: Configure the style (solid, dashed, or dotted), thickness, radius, and color.
3. Margins: Adjust the space around the block within the template.
