Difference between templates and mailing

When selecting Mailing in the left-hand side menu, you will see two submenus: Access and Templates.

Templates Submenu

The Templates submenu allows you to create and manage reusable email designs using a simple drag-and-drop editor.

This submenu will take you to the external mailing module, where you can manage and send email campaigns. Its main functions are:

Select recipients: Choose contacts or contact lists to whom you want to send the email.
Apply templates: Select one of the templates created in the Templates submenu and customize it for your campaign.
Write from scratch: If you prefer, you can compose an email directly without using templates.
Schedule deliveries: Set a specific date and time for sending your campaign.
Track and analyze results: Access statistics on email opens or link clicks.
