My documents

'My documents' tab is a documents list created by the system that allows them to be used again at any time. Each document is accompanied by a QR code to facilitate its viewing or distribution with other interested parties.

Also, if you generate an extensive document (it has more than 20 artworks), the system will keep creating it in the background and send you an email when it is finished; thus, you can download it later from this same tab. This way, you can continue using ITGallery while the document is being created.*

*Remember: you can modify the maximum number of artworks with which your document would be created in the background. To do this: ' My User' > 'Settings' > 'Documents '. This way, as long as you don't generate an extensive document, it will continue to appear in a pop-up window.
