I have lost my password. How can I get it back?
If you have forgotten your password to access your ITGallery account, follow these steps:
- At https://admin.itgalleryapp.com/login.php click on the 'Forgot your password?' link, located immediately below the 'User' and 'Password' fields
- Write the email in which you want to receive the code to modify your password
- Enter the code that you received in the mail as well as the new password. Finally, press 'Send'.
It's probably for one of these two reasons:
- If you are copying and pasting the email in the 'User' field, it may have some space in front or behind. Remember to type it manually to avoid this error!
- The same can happen with the 'Password' field, so remember to enter the password manually.
