What is Stripe?
Stripe is an online payment processing company. It simplifies the payment process, both national and international, without the need for a POS.
It was founded in 2011 and currently processes billions of euros from hundreds of companies such as Twitter, Facebook or MoMA.
In addition, Stripe is the online payment provider that charges one of the cheapest fees in the market per transaction (below Paypal).
You can learn much more about Stripe
on their website.
Can all users have a Stripe account?

How and when will I receive my money?
You will receive the payments in the bank account that you associated when you created your Stripe account.
Your account will have automatic transfers scheduled on a regular basis. The schedule depends, by default, on your country:
- 2 business days: Australia, United States
- 4 business days: New Zealand
- 5 business days: Malaysia
- 7 working days: India
- 7 calendar days: all countries (except those belonging to other categories)
- 30 calendar days: Brazil
- Once a week: Japan
Alternative transfer scheduling
If you prefer to receive transfers on a weekly or monthly basis, rather than with Stripe's automatic schedule, you can change it in your account settings.
Within the 'Change schedule' option, in the 'Transfers' area, you can confirm which transfer schedule has been assigned by default to your account.
For weekly transfers, the administrator must specify the day of the week on which the transfers will arrive at the bank account.
For monthly transfers, the administrator must specify the day of the month in which the transfers will arrive at the bank account. Even so, if the 31st of the month is chosen, the transfers will be sent on the last day of the month (in those shorter months).
