Activating the mailing module of ITGallery
Before our first campaign, it's mandatory to activate and configure the mailing.
For doing so:
- Email our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Indicate the email from which you want the newsletter to be sent; that is the email from which your contacts will receive the newsletter.*
- Our team will register the address, once registered, you will receive an email from Amazon Web Services (our mailing provider) with a link that you must click to accept the activation and authorize the sending.
- Once set up, you will be able to access the module from your ITGallery account, by clicking on the mailing module located in the lower-left corner of the side menu.
*Please, take into account that it should be configured with corporatize emails, it can't be done with generic emails accounts such as Gmail, Yahoo or those type of servers.
