Recording contacts interests

ITGallery allows you to register the interests of your contacts; these will appear in the contact's file under the interest tab.*

There are two ways to record your contact interests:

• When creating a new contact, within the field 'Interests' you can register the artists of which your contact is interested in
• Once the contact has been created, within its file, under the 'Interests' tab you can add interests for artists, particular artworks or other criteria such as type of artworks, range price or years of production.
• Once you've assigned an interest to a contact record, they will appear under the Interest tab of the contact

You can edit the interests of the contacts in bulk and choose if you want them to be added to the existing ones or to be overwritten.

*Tip: Remember that the same contact can have several registered interests.
