Shipping artworks
ITGallery allows you to record and create shipping forms of an exhibition.
Make use of them when you need to ship artworks belonging to one of your exhibitions; for instance, a shipment to another gallery (for travelling exhibitions), a shipment to a museum or an institution (for artwork loans), a shipment to a collector (for artwork purchasing), etc. For doing so:
Steps
- Under the 'Exhibitions' module, go into the exhibition's file by clicking on the exhibition's name whose shipment from you want to create and export
- Inside the exhibition's file, in the 'Shipping artworks' tag, fill the form with the information regarding your shipment: select a currency, the artwork's editions to send, the recipient and the shipment date. You can add complementary information such as transport company, shipping cost, shipment details, etc.
- Lastly, click on the 'Save' button and click on the 'Shipping form' button to export it in PDF or Word format.
