Modifying an artwork's editions

Modifying editions individually

Steps

1. Go into the artwork's file
2. Under the 'Summary' tab, in 'Editions', you will be able to edit individually edition's data such as dimensions, price, location or ID.

Modifying editions in bulk

Steps

1. Under 'List', select those artworks that you want to modify
2. Click on the 'Tools' button, located in the upper right corner of the screen, and then, select 'Edit selected'
3. Check the 'Edit editions too' box. Fill the form with the new information
4. Lastly, click on 'Save'.
