Creating an artwork with editions

How can I create an artwork with editions?

Steps

1. Under 'List', click on the 'New' button that is located in the upper left part of the screen
2. In the 'number of editions' field, record the number of editions that the artwork has
3. Make use of the 'Configurate editions' button to select all those editions that you actually own. The information that you record will apply to the selected editions

How can I add editions to an already existent artwork?

Steps

1. Go into the artwork's file
2. Under the 'Summary' tab, in 'Editions', click on 'New'
3. Fill the form with the edition's information. Remember that the fields with a red asterisk are mandatory. Lastly, click on 'Save'.

Adding 'Artist Proof' and other special editions

Steps

1. Go into the artwork's file
2. Under the 'Summary' tab, in 'Editions', click on 'New'
3. Under the 'Type of edition' pulldown menu, select 'Artist Proof (AP)' or any other edition
4. Fill the rest of the fields and click on 'Save'.
