Artworks locations

'Locations' is a submenu inside the 'Artworks' module. It allows you to see every location you work with and how your collection is distributed amongst them. Furthermore, every location offers additional information such a place description, person in charge and address.

How do I record an artwork's location?

There are two ways of recording your artworks' locations:

• When creating an artwork: location is a flexible field where you can record the exact placement of your artwork.
• Under the 'locations list': Artworks > Locations > New > Fill the form with the information of your new location > Create

* Remember: as you add locations, the system will suggest them later on to auto-complete the field.
